Vimal Organics Limited manufactures Bleaching Earth. Vimal Organics Limited is an ISO 9002 certified company. Bleaching Earth contains about 8-12% of moisture and acidity should be 0.3% maximum. Bleaching Earth needs conveyer belt, calciner, blower, wash tank, acid service tank, filter pump, etc as equipments. The production capacity is 12 TPD. Bleaching or activated Earth needs Bentonite as the starting material. The product, at the end of the process, has high absorption rate due to increased surface area. Steam is used for reaction and agitation of material in agitation tank. Bleaching Earth manufacturing uses up 100 KW of power and 5000 KL of water.
